SOLD!
I am SO pumped. We accepted an offer on our house last Tuesday, but it had a few conditions. The buyers had 9 days to remove the conditions for the contract to remain valid. They were 9 of the longest days of my life. Of course they waited the full nine days. But now our house is sold, so we just need to remove the conditions on the house that we're buying...we have until tomorrow to complete that. 7 weeks to the big move! Anyone wanna help? Please?
